Cliff Findlay, owner of Findlay Automotive Group, says honesty and integrity are the cornerstones of success for his 19 franchises in Nevada, Utah and Arizona. Findlay Toyota in the Valley Auto Mall has collected Toyota Motor Sales’ top award for the second consecutive year. The dealership recently earned the Toyota President’s Award, which is given to dealerships that excel in sales volume and customer satisfaction, which covers parts, service and new vehicle sales.

“This is a very impressive honor,” said Darius Eftekhar, a former district sales manager with Toyota Motor Sales in Denver. “A dealership must be running on all cylinders to win the President’s Award. To win it two years in a row is huge. It puts us among a very elite group of dealerships.”

Each year, Toyota Motor Sales recognizes its finest dealerships with the prestigious award. It’s the highest honor a dealership can receive from Toyota, and is only awarded to those dealerships that have demonstrated a commitment to maintaining Toyota’s high standards for customer satisfaction.

Stores that are honored receive badge recognition at all dealer events, national recognition in an Automotive News advertisement. The honor also includes presentation of the Tiffany crystal trophy.

Findlay Toyota was opened in 1998. Named the top selling Toyota dealership in the Denver Region for the past several years, it is headed by General Manager Rich Abajian.

Findlay Toyota is a member of the Findlay Automotive Group of dealerships that was founded more than 40 years ago by Pete Findlay. Findlay’s son, Cliff, now oversees operations in Utah, Nevada and Arizona.
