The 2015 Tundra is powered by one of two engines - both being being V8s. The 4.6-liter V8 comes standard on SR double cab models and all SR5 models. Paired to a six-speed automatic transmission, maximum towing capacity ranges between 6,400 and 6,800 ponds.
The 5.7-liter V8 can be found on all 4WD regular cabs, as well as Limited, Platinum, 1794, and TRD Pro trims - its optional on all other models. This engine creates a bit more power and when paired to the six-speed automatic transmission, it offers a maximum towing capacity between 9,800 and 10,500 pounds.

Seats are comfortable bucket seats and adorn attractive red stitching. Technology gets a nice boost with the inclusion of a larger, seven-inch touchscreen with satellite and HD radio. The TRD Pro also comes with the option of a spray-in bed liner.
