I went in to get something I need to trade in my 2007 Toyota Camry to prepare for the new car I plan to buy (accepting that though I love Toyota, I would be able to accord it). Jorge ask for my budget and type of vehicle……We have new vehicle that meets what you want and is in my price range…. On our way to Las Vegas last Memorial Day weekend, the coolant in My Toyota Prius V started leaking so we stopped at Kingman, AZ. We stopped by O'Reilly's and met a young mechanic and he replaced the coolant reservoir. Display disappeared, looked like problem was solved so we continued to Las Vegas an enjoyed the rests of the weekend. On our way back, looked like to coolant was holding so we started to head back to phoenix. Then all the display showed up and the engine started to slow down. Manual says not to drive and tow the car to the nearest Toyota dealership. We were in the middle of nowhere at 93 South highway. The nearest dealership was Findlay Toyota in Henderson. It was Memorial Day and they're closed but they said to tow the car into their service intake so we did. Thanks to AAA, we got to Findlay Toyota. The next day, the service people diagnosed the problem cause correctly and fixed my car. This dealership is amazing! I've never seen so many service reps in a dealership in years! Shot out to our service representative Romeo Canda. He explained what the car issue was and what needs to be done to fix it. Labor and parts and time to fix it. To make my story short, we arrived in Phoenix without any problem. My car ran smoothly! Thanks to the best Toyota service department in my region! I recommend this dealership for any car sale or service! I forget to mention that they even send us an Uber to get us from our hotel to the dealership! Also, a free car wash coupon. I say that's an A++ for customer service! 👍👍👍

I am 100% pleased with the Findlay Henderson NV dealership! I live in Eastern Washington and was contacted via their Internet Sales team member, Andrew (Drew) Gonzalez. I explained what I was EXACTLY looking for and he immediately located the vehicle for me. The sales negotiation process was fair and friendly. Since I was purchasing this vehicle sight unseen, Drew sent me many videos of my car and included all the answers to my questions. When it came time to ship my new car to Eastern Washington, I chose to receive it earlier, and flew down instead. Gay (another AMAZING sales services team member) and Drew were welcoming to me at the airport and when I arrived at the dealership. Customer service is alive and well at Henderson Toyota. Even though I live 1000 miles away, they have a customer for life! I highly recommend!

Plenty of ways to communicate with a representative. The live service notification is also a great way to easily approve or decline a work they find needs done. Just difficult to afford nowadays. The part I need is a seatbelt buckle for driver front grey manual seat and another suggested part which totals to almost 600 dollars. I'm assuming the rest is for labor. I looked at the buckle part on a site called Frontier Toyota which was around 90 dollars with the shipping. I fixed it myself within an hour. I also hear that maybe with toyota's lifetime warranty with the seatbelt being a safety issue, could have been discounted or for free-- but I could only wish.

I was pleased that my service advisor had the recall on record and said the service center had the parts and would take the time to make the recall repairs. He also said that if there were a price for the small adjustment to my rearview mirror, he would call me. I was so pleased to find out that there was no charge for my service, and the issue with the review mirror was just an adjustment in the panel, which he showed me. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

I like this dealership because this is where I have purchased all my Toyota cars in all years. When it comes to service maintenance, I can honestly say I don’t always get the best reps. But yesterday I had Kyle and he was great, he took care of my car was very polite and patient, he explained throughly everything that they were going to check on my car.

I took my 2019 Corolla Toyota in for maintenance. The car had its original tires. The service representative, Aimee Macias, had the tire specialist examine my tires. The tire specialist informed me that the tires were not only expired but had cracks around the tread. She and Aimee explained the types of tires available at Findlay and the relative strengths and limitations of each brand. I agreed to purchase 4 new tires, which were installed the same day along with alignment. She also pulled up the computerized report from Toyota of all the maintenance recommendations and what had previously been done. She reviewed what was recommended based on the age of the car and mileage. She was very thorough. Aimee gave me a time estimate on how long my car would be in maintenance. She offered to have me taken home and picked up via a complimentary Uber. I chose to stay at Findlay. The waiting room is pleasant. A had a tasty meal from the food truck parked outside the dealership. When my car was ready, Aimee went over the Inspection list and explained each thing that was done and when it would likely be needed again. I was very pleased with the services I received. I bought this car at Findley and have taken it there for all of the maintenance. The staff there are very efficient and friendly. I highly recommend them.
