Great experience. Drove 2 hrs to purchase a car here. Ryan Kelly was my sales guy. I appreciated his straightforwardness and answered all my questions even before we met. Unlike some sales people/dealerships that just want to keep you in the dark until you get there and then surprise you with the cost. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Toyota. We will definitely be back soon for our next purchase!

Something happened today that I thought was only fantasy. My dealership looked out for me. I wasn't happy with how my purchase went and the team at Findlay including the GM worked on a plan to make it right. I'm still pinching myself! I just want to thank the whole team for making me believe that not all dealerships are evil. I will yell it to all of Nevada. Findlay Toyota is awesome! Thank you for all that you have done for me!

Kyle was very thorough, took the extra steps to deal with my concerns and made sure I had the info I needed regarding the service I had received that day. Recently my lease with Toyota ended and I came in to go over my options. Brendan in sales was super helpful through the entire process! He took his time, addressed all of my questions and concerns, and didn’t just treat me like another sale. I ended up getting a great deal on buying out my current lease, with a monthly payment that I can actually afford! Then I worked with Carlos to complete the process and all of the paperwork. He thoroughly went over all of the warranty options without being pushy and helped me get a great price on everything. Visited the service department for tune up for my 2020 Highlander. Had conversation with Consultant Emilio Sepulveda about some other inspections. I had a doctor's appointment across town and was provided a rental car. Upon my return, my Highlander was almost ready (a couple hours early) and I was on my way.
