Thank God I used the no haggle Auto Program! I saved a few thousand $$$. John Gartrell was my Costco program salesman and Francis was my finance guy. I got 4.99% interest rate with a credit score of 798 and a down-payment of 50%. I, like many others, "cringe" having to deal with salespeople but this is NOT the case with John. The most recent service I got was for two warranty items are one recall and one warranty and they were able to help me out Amy did an excellent job although I've had bad luck at this dealership with service before this one turned out great.
