During my visit, Alexander ensured that all my concerns were thoroughly addressed. I truly appreciated that he even coordinated my flexible trip with Uber, which was a huge help. Tanya was incredibly professional and communicative throughout the process of handling my windshield repair. Her clear updates made that process stress-free. I'd also like to thank Xavier for his expertise in quickly resolving the syncing issues with my truck's system. Ethamar was fantastic in explaining and taking care of all my warranty concerns clearly and completely. Finally, I want to commend the management team. It is evident that you have fostered a great working environment, which translates directly to the outstanding customer service provided by your entire staff. Hello, My truck would not start so I jumped it and my consul went completely black and was not reading anything. When I took it in I was first told that my warranty would not cover it because it was the jump that caused it. I was told to call the warranty company, the warranty company told me that they had never heard that before and that Toyota should file a claim. I called Toyota back and told them what I was told. It was a confusing process and I was disappointed that I felt like I was being runaround for no reason. Jaime who was my Toyota representative could sense my frustration and offered to cover the damages. I have owned a Toyota for the last 15 years and have always loved the brand because of the customer service. At the beginning of the process I really had a different opinion, but the way that Jaime handled the situation reconfirmed my love for the brand. His professionalism and compassion for my situation showed me the dedication Toyota has to customer service. He realized that doing the right thing was worth more than the few hundred dollars Toyota would have made during this experience. I truly hope that Findlay Toyota recognizes Jaime for turning bad experience into one that I will forever appreciate. Thank you

I really appreciate the uber rides back to work during maintenance appointments, everyone from the service department is always helpful and friendly, I don’t have a preference on who helps me out, but shoutout to Vincent, who explained to me my car battery warranty and answering my questions, and doing his job of letting me know what toyota recommends for maintenance without being too pushy! :)

The mechanics are getting the job done. The repair staff that I have dealt with were satisfactory. Mild miscommunication.

Fernando, the Service Rep who served me, was very friendly, professional, and helpful. He went over the details of the service needed and explained the bill at the end of service. He also looked for service offers that could reduce my bill. The waiting area was comfortable, with TV viewing options if wanted, free coffee dispensers, and snacks that could be purchased. My vehicle has over 100,000 miles but, with regular maintenance at Findlay over the years, it still runs like new.

On the way back from Las Vegas the engine light pop up and i visited Toyota dealership in Henderson . Vince checked my engine in 10 minutes and turned off the light (it was fuel cap fault) I asked if I must pay something and he said Happy Thanksgiving . thank you Vince you are awesome

Drew was very helpful in helping me choose the right car as far as what I was looking for as a mom to be, very patient, and understanding. If I come purchase another vehicle I will be asking for Drew.
