Romeo in the service department is AWESOME! Will definitely be coming back! 4Runner was tilting down left, mostly feeling it in the rear drivers shocks (icon installed by 3rd party). Within about an hour and a half, I got the text from Romeo letting me know the technician felt it almost immediately during the drive test (only $100!!). The recommendation was new shock pads, they had them in stock, was able to sign approval contract via text message link and the whole thing was done by noon!! My husband and I needed to run errands after and didn’t want to have his car there as well, Romeo ordered us an uber straight to Findlay that was also enjoyable. The best car dealer/service dept in the valley!

Rick, Payam, and Kyle were super helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly. Aaron was our finance manager and he explained everything thoroughly. The team made sure the whole process was easy and fast. Highly recommend this place!! 😊

Had been looking for a reliable new car for a change. Drove into the lot and saw not only a lot of cars but also a few workers together. Frank was the nicest to come up to us and greet us with a smile. I am a first time buyer and Frank, he went above and beyond for us. He showed us a bunch of options for what I was looking for and even in the extreme heat he was always having a smile on his face. He made sure we’re always cool and refreshed and gave me options and a lot of facts and pros and cons on each car we looked at. Service was great. I made an appointment for 7 AM. My car was taken in promptly by Jason Kopman, my service writer. He estimated that my service would take approximately an hour, and it was right on time. Service rep David Laurelez was excellent and thorough at explaining differential fluids. He educated me on the importance of removing accumulated metal shavings, moisture, and contaminants, which prevents premature failure of the gears and bearings. I don’t really pull with my truck, and it’s not as critical unless you’re pulling or doing a lot of four-wheel-drive, but it’s a good preventative measure for a longer lasting truck and I was over the recommended mileage limit. I’d like my truck to last me as long as possible. So thank you!
